Returns and Exchanges

All of our shirts are made to order.  For that reason, Shirts By Sandra does not accept returns for a refund unless you receive an incorrect product or there is a defect in the item.  If you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange your item(s) for store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.  Please email us at ShirtsBySandra@gmail.com to begin the return or exchange process.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  All sales are final on monogrammed items, no exceptions.
